Who we are
The Restaurant Beyond Time is conceived by a core team consisting of model-maker Esben Horn/10 Tons, exhibition maker Lars Holm and curator Jacob Lillemose but has been developed in collaboration with a group of prominent international scholars and food experts the exhibition integrates up-to-date scientific thesis and discoveries with spectacular staging and top of the crop model-making, adding up to a both fun, informative and critical exhibition – equal part science communication and science fiction adventure — on the universally relevant topic of humans and food.
