His deep knowledge of materials, techniques, and artistic craftsmanship has recently evolved into exhibition designs that blend art and science.

Majbrit Zornig Rivas
Majbrit Zornig Rivas is an architect educated at the Royal Danish Academy in Copenhagen. She brings extensive experience in interior design and concept development and has, for the past five years, served as a project manager at 10 Tons, leading cross-disciplinary exhibition projects from concept to realization.

Lars Holm
Lars Holm is a designer educated at Danmarks Designskole. With broad experience from the Natural History Museum in Copenhagen, he has contributed to numerous major exhibitions, including being part of the core team behind the refurbishment of the Natural History Museum in Bergen.

Jacob Lillemose
Jacob Lillemose is a curator, writer, and researcher with a passion for food culture. He curated the Danish Pavilion at the Venice Biennale in 2022 and has held postdoctoral positions at the University of Copenhagen, including at Medicinsk Museion and the Changing Disasters project. He holds a PhD from the Department of Arts and Cultural Studies at the University of Copenhagen.

Rob Dunn is a biologist, writer, and professor at North Carolina State University. He is the author of several acclaimed books and essays published in outlets such as BBC Wildlife, Scientific American, Smithsonian, and National Geographic. His research engages the public through citizen science projects exploring biodiversity in everyday environments.

Lenore Newman
Lenore Newman is a researcher specializing in agricultural land use and culinary geography. Her work spans intensive farming, farmland preservation, and crop innovation, while her culinary studies explore the relationship between cuisine and place across Canadian and Pacific Rim cultures. She also investigates the future of food, including cellular agriculture and climate change impacts.

Claus Meyer is a gastronomic entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience. Founder of numerous companies employing over 800 people, he is also an affiliated professor at the Copenhagen Business School and the Technical University of Denmark, as well as a Social Impact Fellow at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.

Ole G. Mouritsen is President of the Danish Gastronomical Academy, Japanese Cuisine Goodwill Ambassador, and Director of Taste for Life – Danish Center for Taste. He is Professor Emeritus of Gastrophysics and Culinary Food Innovation at the University of Copenhagen, Department of Food Science.

Mats E. Eriksson is Professor of Paleontology at the Department of Geology, Lund University. He is the author of three books exploring the intersection of rock music and fossils and is co-founder of the travelling exhibition Rock Fossils on Tour (www.rock-fossils.com).

Dr. Achim G. Reisdorf
Achim G. Reisdorf is a geoscientist at the Naturwissenschaftliche Sammlungen, Stiftung Ruhr Museum. A passionate music historian, he is co-founder of the travelling exhibition Rock Fossils on Tour (www.rock-fossils.com), which bridges the worlds of paleontology and rock music.

Zoran Gojkovic
Zoran Gojkovic is Director of Brewing Science, Yeast & Fermentation at the Carlsberg Research Laboratory. He holds a PhD in molecular biology and trained as a brewmaster at the Scandinavian School of Brewing. His work focuses on yeast research, fermentation, and brewing innovation.

Eva Koppelhus
Eva Koppelhus is an Associate Lecturer at the University of Alberta, Faculty of Science – Biological Sciences. Her research focuses on paleobotany and palynology, exploring fossil plants, spores, and pollen from as far back as the Cretaceous Period.
